Acceptable Stay With a Significant Flaw

The location was fine with buses to the beach.

I found the room advertised with two single beds and a sofabed instead contained a double bed and a sofabed. This sofabed was only about 15cm off the ground, it felt uncomfortably close to the floor.

Excellent Stay!

modern hotel equipped room

The room was amazing. It offered the best value for money I've ever seen. I really enjoyed how modern the hotel was. We had a room with a terrace and there was plenty of room! Rooms were well equipped with a microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery.

The room was not cleaned daily. You have to request cleaning and pay a fee, unexpected. On the last night, a very loud couple checked into the room next to mine, and they were talking loudly and banging doors.

Location

9/10

The location was good. Plenty of grocery stores are nearby! Many interesting places are within walking distance. It is very convenient and accessible for exploring local attractions and amenities.

Service

10/10

The staff were very helpful and polite. Communication with the staff was excellent. They were responsive to inquiries. The hotel offers self-check-in outside reception hours. This was convenient for us.

Dining

9/10

The rooms have kitchenettes. This is very useful. A coffee machine is available. I noticed that there's a nice kitchenette with all equipment. I thought that this was great.

Rooms

10/10

The hotel is very new and clean. The room was amazing! It offered the best value for money I've ever seen. There is a smart TV with multiple streaming platforms for non-Spanish speakers.

missing staff emergency assistance

The fire alarm activated at 11 PM and there were no staff present. Guests attempted to contact them, but no one arrived. Eventually a guest managed to disable it as there was no fire. This would have been a significant issue in a real emergency I found this very frustrating and it. I think the staff should have been available at all times in case of emergency. This lack of immediate assistance is concerning.
